Opening the CoPilot
There are three ways to open it:- Click the floating button (the sparkles icon in the bottom-right corner) on any authenticated page.
- Press Cmd+I (macOS) or Ctrl+I (Windows/Linux) from anywhere outside an editable input.
- Click Refine with CoPilot on a project tearsheet, or any Describe an idea call to action on the dashboard.
What the CoPilot can do
The CoPilot adapts to where you opened it from:| Where you opened it | What it focuses on |

Auto-resume per project
When you open the CoPilot on a project page, it automatically resumes your most recent conversation for that project — so you can pick up where you left off without searching through the chat history. The header has two extra controls:- New — start a fresh conversation for the current scope.
- Expand — promote the side panel to the full-screen
/chat/[sessionId]view, with a Collapse to side panel button to return to where you came from.
Running evidence analyses
When you ask the CoPilot to “analyze the evidence” for a persona or hypothesis, the analysis runs in the background. You’ll see a card appear in the chat that says Queued — starting shortly and then Analyzing your evidence…; when the analysis is ready (typically 30–60 seconds for a persona, 15–45 seconds for a single hypothesis) the card replaces itself with the structured result. Background analyses are durable: closing the side panel, navigating to another page, or refreshing the browser does not interrupt the job. The result will be waiting in the chat the next time you open the conversation. If an analysis fails, the card shows the error and you can ask the CoPilot to run it again. For a project-wide analysis across all personas, open the Insights tab on the project tearsheet — the chat focuses on one target at a time so each result is fast and specific.What the CoPilot can act on

- Personas — create, update, archive
- Hypotheses — create, update, archive/restore, list, run AI quality checks, run evidence analysis
- Evidence — list per hypothesis or per persona, get details, create, update, run AI analysis on raw notes
- Interviewees — create, update, search, archive; surface latest AI suggestions
- Interview questions — list catalog, find similar, draft suggestions for a persona
- Organizations — list, update, remove (B2B projects)
Privacy
The CoPilot only sees data inside your active workspace. It cannot read or modify projects in other workspaces, even if you have access to them.Keyboard shortcuts
