- Interview evidence recording and management
- AI-powered transcript import and analysis
- Interview guide creation
- Question library management
Account responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization
Workspace ownership
- The workspace Owner has full control over the workspace, including the ability to delete it and all its data
- Workspace Owners are responsible for managing member access and roles
- Deleting a workspace permanently removes all associated projects, evidence, and data
Acceptable use
You agree not to:- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ workspaces or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service without permission
AI features
- AI features (transcript parsing, quality checks, insights) are provided as-is
- AI-generated content is a suggestion and should be reviewed by humans before use
- Transcript content sent to AI providers is processed per-request and is not stored by the AI service
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated analysis
Data ownership
- You retain ownership of all content you create on the platform (projects, evidence, questions, etc.)
- We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content
- You grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the service
Service availability
- We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Founder Sherpa and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.Termination
- You may delete your account at any time
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
