The Question Library is your catalog of interview questions, organized by category. Questions come from two sources: your workspace’s own catalog and the system-wide catalog managed by super admins.

Workspace questions

These are questions your team creates and manages within your workspace.

Creating questions

  1. Navigate to the Questions page from the sidebar
  2. Click Add Question
  3. Enter the question text
  4. Assign a category (or create a new one)

Bulk operations

  • Import CSV — Upload a CSV file with content, category columns. The import wizard detects duplicates and lets you decide how to handle them.
  • Select All — Check all visible questions (scoped to your current filter) for bulk actions
  • Bulk Delete — Delete multiple selected questions at once. Questions linked to evidence are protected and skipped.

Filtering

Use the category filter to narrow the question list. The filter applies to both workspace and system questions.

System questions

System questions are a global catalog maintained by super admins. They appear in a collapsible Suggested Questions section below your workspace questions.

How system questions work

  • System questions are read-only in your workspace — you see the latest version
  • When you use a system question (link it to evidence or add it to a guide), it’s automatically copied to your workspace catalog
  • When you edit a system question, you’re editing your workspace copy — the original stays unchanged
  • You can dismiss system questions you don’t want to see

Syncing with the system catalog

When the super admin updates system questions, workspace owners can compare their copies with the current catalog and selectively accept updates.

Question Selector

When adding evidence or building interview guides, the Question Selector lets you pick from both your workspace catalog and the suggested system questions. Selecting a system question automatically copies it to your workspace.

Categories

Questions are organized by category. Common categories include:
  • Problem validation
  • Behavior patterns
  • Current solutions
  • Willingness to pay
  • Workflow and process
You can create custom categories when adding or importing questions.
