Founder Sherpa sends email notifications for key events and periodic activity summaries. You control exactly which emails you receive from the Settings page.

Managing preferences

  1. Click your user menu in the sidebar and go to Settings
  2. Scroll to the Notifications section
  3. Toggle each notification type on or off
  4. Click Save changes

Activity digests

When the activity digest is enabled, you can choose how often you receive it:
  • Daily — A summary delivered once per day
  • Weekly — A summary delivered once per week
The digest frequency selector appears below the activity digest toggle when it’s turned on. Digests include a summary of recent activity across your organizations, helping you stay informed without checking the app constantly.
If no notable activity occurred since your last digest, no email is sent — you’ll only receive digests when there’s something to report.

Email delivery

All notification emails are sent from your organization’s configured sender address. If you’re not receiving emails:
  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Verify your email address is correct in your profile settings
  • Ensure the notification type is toggled on in your preferences
